Old Fashioned 4th
2009 July 5
The Fourth of July in Leesburg has settled into a nice annual event. The recently revived parade was very well attended, and the parade participants were varied. And as usual, the festivities at Ida Lee Park provided an enjoyable bit of family fun. Here are a few pictures from Saturday that capture the spirit of the day.

I loved the parade, it was very nice! The year I moved here, there was a drum and fife parade. Anybody knows if it will be back? I looked for it, but I couldn’t find any information.
